When does my gift subscription ship?
Your gift ships out right away. Any recurring shipments go out on the schedule you choose.
Does it come wrapped as a gift?
We can't gift wrap EverPup for you, but we will include a holiday message in the package for you!
When does my card get charged?
Your card gets charged when you place your order. We will ship three jars at a time, every three months.
What if my friend's dog doesn't need so much EverPup?
If you misjudge the weight of your friend’s dog, no worries … just let us know, and we’ll adjust your gift to accommodate it.
What if my friend's dog doesn't like EverPup?
That's hard to imagine! But if your friend doesn't want or can't use EverPup, let us know, and we'll work it out.
What if I change my mind about giving EverPup later in the year?
Your delight is our first priority. We will do everything we can to make things easy for you.
Can my friend manage their own shipping address, etc.?
Absolutely! We’ll be collecting your friend’s contact details and communicating with them directly. If they need to pause their shipment or send it to another address, they can make those changes without your involvement.
Why do I have to give my friend's address, phone, and email address at checkout?
We need to be able to communicate with your friend about their gift.
